Property Supervision Membership
One-month membership for property owners on the Costa del Sol offering secure key holding and house inspections twice a month. We ensure you’re kept informed of any issues or unexpected surprises that may arise while you’re away, providing peace of mind and reliable property care.
Description of services included:
- House inspection twice a month
- Ventilation of the property
- Water circulation in all pipes to prevent drying out
- Inspection for any visual damages or leaks
- Check of water and electricity supply
- A report will be sent via email after each inspection
We operate throughout the Málaga province.
Should your property require maintenance or repairs, we provide coordination and on-site supervision of all tradespeople for an additional fee of 50€ per hour.
Being fully fluent in Spanish and deeply integrated into the local culture, we ensure clear communication with every contractor.
